Free Local Delivery
We offer free local delivery every Monday and Wednesday for customers in the following Staffordshire and Cheshire postcode areas:

You need to spend a minimum of £25 to qualify for free local delivery. If your order is under £25, a £5.00 local delivery charge applies.
For customers outside these areas, we deliver across the UK Mainland.
Delivery is free on orders over £35, or £5.95 on orders below that. We do not currently deliver to addresses outside the UK Mainland.
Returns & Refunds
Our returns policy covers 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Perishable goods, including pet food and treats, cannot be returned once opened. Treatments and tablets may be returned if unopened and in reasonable condition.
